Dragon Paws

Dragon paws. Five finger and slightly padded for that delightful inhuman look.

These specific paws had attached rubber claws which made finger dexterity excellent. I could pick up and manipulate objects with the claws, almost better than with my own naked fingers.

Very nice claws! Did you use molds to shape them or some other method? Excellent work, overall.

I sculpted the original claw by hand and then made a mold of it so I could cast each finished claw to be reasonably similar in size/shape.

The claws in the picture are made from rubber, so they are lightweight and not dangerously sharp.

OMG! How do u manage to make such gorgeous gloves for a costume?! I have been trying to get my costumes paws to look exactly like that. How'd you do it? i have made 2 costumes so far and this years a wolf. i think that its sooooo coool!!!;)
